Restoration Log
Week 0, Extraction Day (February 2007):
Extraction day. Car is removed from old shop and transported to GP Enterprises, the shop where the restoration will occur.
Mother nature celebrated the momentous day by showing a bit of snow…certainly an unusual sight in this part of California.
The car’s home until it’s done: it was difficult to suppress our excitement at seeing the car move for the first time in 16.5 years.
This car was modified to this SVJ-esque specification by Bob Wallace and is also under the care of the same shop.
